FRIDAY, AUGUST 21

Gates Open: 4 p.m.

Airshow: 5:45 - 6:15 p.m.

Mass Balloon Launch: 6:15 - 7:30 p.m.

Tethered Rides: 6:15 - 8:30 p.m.

Balloon Glow/Fireworks: 8:45 - 9:45 p.m.
 
(30 minute show - start time depends on balloon launch time., i.e., if the launch occurs at 7, the glow will start at 8:45, if the launch is delayed until 7:30, the glow/fireworks will start at 9:15)

Plus food, crafts & vendors, exhibitors, balloons, and children's activities!

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23

Mass Balloon Launch: 6:30 - 8 a.m.

Gates Open: 10 a.m.

Airplane Rides: 10 a.m. - Noon

Opening Ceremonies: 11:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Airshow: 12 - 3 p.m.

(To include, military jet demo(s) civilian performers, military fly-bys, warbirds, parachute jumping. All acts to run sequentially with limited breaks or delays.)

Gates close: 4 p.m.
